Chats are managed by moderators with a moderator badge. They can join the conversation, and pin relevant contributions. They can also turn to users in case they fail to follow your code of conduct and in extreme cases even delete comments and mute users.
For our Q&A feature, we help you set up a workflow to guide your audience members’ questions from the platform, to either an expert who can answer the question within the platform, or to the live show through a tablet or teleprompter where your presenter can answer the question live.
Within Community Meetups, your audience can set up their own breakout rooms. But before they do, they go through an approval process so you can be sure the breakout sessions are in line with your code of conduct.
